Our story

Built by operators who have seen every side of performance marketing

Four industry veterans — each with more than fifteen years in digital media and lead generation — founded Conversion Media in 2018. What began as a focused team is now more than fifty people across Europe, working every day so data is gathered, stored, and distributed with discipline. One belief ties it together: creativity is what turns numbers into outcomes clients can feel.

Where we began

Before there was a company, there were four people who had already spent over a decade each buying media, engineering funnels, and handling the messy edge cases of B2C lead delivery. They launched Conversion Media to run that work at a standard they could stand behind — transparent processes, accountable media, and creative that earns attention instead of shouting for it.

The early years were deliberately lean: small teams, strict QA, and long-term relationships over quick wins. That discipline became the backbone of how we still onboard partners, launch campaigns, and protect brand safety today.

How we grew

Market by market, format by format — always with the same question: can we measure it, store it cleanly, and hand it to clients in a form they can use tomorrow?

  1. 2018

    Four founders, one mandate

    Conversion Media is founded in Milan by four partners with fifteen-plus years each in performance marketing, lead generation, and publisher-side operations. The goal was simple: pair serious media buying with operational rigor most agencies treat as an afterthought.

  2. 2019–2020

    Europe, one step at a time

    We deepen delivery across the UK, Italy, and the DACH corridor — then extend into France and Spain. Each market adds local nuance, but the playbook stays the same: consent-first data, clear SLAs, and creative tailored to what actually converts in that geography.

  3. 2021–2022

    Formats multiply; standards do not bend

    Surveys, sweepstakes, linkout, Meta lead forms, email, and bulk programmes run in parallel. Instead of silos, we invest in shared tooling so every channel feeds the same governance: how leads are captured, validated, and handed off.

  4. 2023

    Fifty people — and counting

    Headcount crosses fifty specialists working daily across media, creative, data operations, compliance, and account teams. The company stops looking like a project shop and starts operating like infrastructure clients can build on.

  5. Today

    Data in motion, creativity at the centre

    Every weekday, our teams gather, store, and distribute lead and engagement data across the campaigns we run — from high-volume performance buys to survey and sweepstakes funnels. Media buyers, designers, and analysts work side by side so insights from yesterday shape the briefs we ship tomorrow.
